The owner at S.I. Poolcare (Sam Ionna) was extremely rude to me on the phone! I was sent an invoice for fees I was not quoted! I called them to open my pool and they told me it was flat $200 to open it. Then they sent me an invoice for $200 for opening pool plus $90 for service. They did basic service to open my pool! I called and spoke with the owner about it and he was beyond rude. I could not believe that someone/ especially an owner could talk to his customers in such a rude manner! He interrupted me and started complaining about costs to start up his trucks and pay his employees, it was quite a joke. He was so rude to me that I hung up on him because I felt so disrespected. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company last summer on chemicals etc. I'm happy to pay the amount I am quoted but I am not going to pay hidden fees that a shady company tried to add in. I would advise people to not work with this company! If they will do it to me they will do it to you as well. There are 2 other great pool companies in this area, Burton Pools and Lipps pools that I have also used and had great experiences with. Do not give this family owned business your money because they do not appreciate you as a customer! Their kids work with them as employees as well, it's a small family owned business... more reason to think that they would want to be extremely nice and respectful to their customers! They are obviously struggling for money and will do anything shady to get more money it seems!
