Review content:
The only explanation for this business's good review score is that they spend all their time posting fake reviews instead of fixing computers. I have NEVER dealt with such an awful business before, and I'm including BGE and several used car dealerships in that list.\r
\r
I brought in a laptop for repair, and during the two weeks they had it, they never once initiated contact to give me a diagnosis, let me know it was finished - nothing. They also kept raising the price - what I payed in the end was almost twice the original quote, even though they didn't find anything wrong with it other than the original problem. When I asked about the price increase they were really vague and refused to give any details about what specifically they were replacing. \r
\r
I'd be surprised if they were still in business by next year.\r
Stay far away.
