Do not use these guys. This was possibly the worst experience I've ever had as a consumer. \r

They seemed less expensive than other places when I was researching, but they added on charges for a bunch of stuff -- I even asked whether there would be any other charges and was told no. Later, I was told ""too bad, it was in the fine print on your contract"". The contract is the email confirmation. Apparently, the fine print states that I am agreeing to charges by responding. \r

The bus broke down and we were stranded in downtown LA late at night. No compensation or refunds were given. \r

The lady I ordered through told me that it would be ok to consume alcohol on the bus (which was the whole point). The driver did not allow it. \r

I asked for a second pick-up location and confirmed this would not cost extra. However, an extra charge was added, and I was again told to refer tithe ""contract"" (I now read the small print for everything). \r

When I complained to customer service, I was yelled at. \r
\r
It's been awhile since I used this service, and I am still infuriated by how poorly we were treated. I strongly advise that you use somebody more profession. Their prices may seem reasonable, but they will get you I the end.
