Unfortunately, they share their indoor facilities (located on W. 94th St.) with Game Changers Sports Training, who were very rude to us upon our visit yesterday. The location itself was difficult to find in the first place, as the building is also shared with unrelated offices. The entrance is a side door with a small folding sign. No one answered the phones when we called for more information. The website indicated that the indoor cages would be available during poor weather, and yesterday was on-and-off T-storms, yet the Game Changers worker rudely informed us that they were closed except by appointment. The owner of Clutch Hitters was very responsive to my email regarding the poor service we received, however, so I've scaled back this review to take into account that the biatch running the facilities yesterday was not employed by Clutch Hitters. Go to the outdoor facilities or don't go at all. Grand Slam is 4 miles away.
