This is the worst judge ever. My son told me his father touched him inappropriately so I refused to release him into his custody (as I was told to do by my attorney and CPS). Judge Littlejohn did not want to hear my side. She put me in jail for 14 days and ordered that my son go with his father for the next 2 months! For some reason, she found it impossible to believe that a six-year-old would be too scared to talk after his father had already threatened him! Now I have my son back, but he still has to go with his father. He constantly comes home with bruises and I can't do anything about it. Now my son is even afraid to tell me what happened. Judge Littlejohn forbid me from contacting CPS without the courts approval. She really needs to retire ASAP!
