Chelsea was extremely helpful to us at check in. Our luggage got lost and if it weren't for Chelsea's help talking to the airlines, it would have probably been gone for good.... but Chelsea did everything she could to help us out. Go Chelsea and staff of the Holiday Inn. Thank you for making our stay less stressful.
