I LOVE Popeyes chicken!! But this Popeyes in Madison, MS, is HORRIBLE!\r
I went to get the Tuesday 2 piece special at 9:30 pm tonight. The restaurant closes at 10:00 pm. The parking lot lights were out, and employees were closing. I tried to order from the window but the order box was broken so I drove to the window. It was 9:33 pm. The lady came to the window and said they were out of chicken. I asked her if she was going to drop some more chicken. She went and got the manager who told me that she was out of flour so she couldn't cook any chicken. Her name was Shatina. This is not the general scene at most Popeyes, and I've been to a LOT of Popeyes! My husband has gone countless times for advertised specials (like 'Wicked Chicken'), and they NEVER have the advertised specials. He went tonight to get the 2 piece special an hour before I did and they gave him a 'thigh' that was nothing more than some crust and a BONE!!! I went knowing that surely they would cook me some fresh chicken, but this is what happened. I am VERY disappointed with this Popeyes location as it is poorly managed and is a very bad reflection on the Popeyes Inc. Probably this complaint will fall on deaf ears, but I had to try. Close the store or manage it like a Popeyes should be managed.
