Review content:
I drove to American Eagle on a Friday to discuss the available options for my vehicle, as I was told by a coworker that this guy knew what he was doing. During our discussions, impatience and social intolerability governed the majority of my interactions with the owner. Despite these undertones, I decided to go with him for the job considering the recommendation from a coworker and his price was right. The following weekend (Saturda) when I had the work done, it took approximately 2-3 hrs. I had installed a few Magnaflow tips/mufflers and had the cat-back piping ran with 1/4"" large pipe than OEM. When looking/listening to the work it seemed like good work, and I was satisfied.\r

10miles down the highway, and I noticed that every time my car drove over even the smallest bump or elevation change, a terrible clanking sound coming from beneath my seat. I immediately called the owner, told him about what was happening (this was Saturday at 1:00PM - he was open for another 4 hours), and asked if I could come back for him to take a look at it. After a rather unpleasant conversation, I was essentially told to either come back next weekend or to ignore the problem, because his work was done. This man is a terrible business man, and further more a considerably under talented craftsman. I called Bonnie and Clyde's Muffler Center, told them the story, and they admitted me right away. They let me examine the work done, and it was noticed that the exhaust suspension wasn't done properly, and the passenger exhaust pipe was crooked and bent too far. The work was fixed for a very reasonable price. Go to Bonnie and Clyde. Do not go to American Eagle.
