Jacked up interest rate to 30% from 12.99%,closed my account, hit me with late charges for being 15. minutes late, posted a payment 2. days late so they could tack on more charges,Thats whats chase has done for my family.
After this review, i got a call from chase bank,they said"" that the y could see that I was having problems,They were going to lower my interest rate, to 20.24% and remove all late charges from my account, before I wrote any of this,and was talking to them on the phone
There was nothing they could do for me,Did I beat them (No) does it do any good to put the truth in there face,or put it where others can see it (Yes) So keep truth on your side, Put it in there face.
