My first experience just initially calling Beal's Moving was very positive. Barbara was very easy to talk with about what my needs were. It was a bit of an unusual move, but she was just really helpful and reassured me that they had everything necessary to assist with it.
Their communication was really good throughout the process. They checked back with me, and the guys who did the moving kept in touch with me so that I could meet them at the location. They were very good about keeping me posted and very polite.
They were thorough in explaining the contract and very attentive to caring about the furnishings. They were also helpful in moving the items that had to be moved to put the new piece of furniture in.
