I have noticed the sneaky climb of their rates. No month is the same. When they add $6-$7 to your bill, it is for ""fuel surcharge"" or something else. I have changed to a company in Harleyville called Waste Pro. They pick up in my area on Thurs. They only cost $38.00 per quarter, vs. now $64.00 from Suburban. That is quite a savings over a year. They have all the services that Suburban does. My neighbors are going to change once their contracts are up. Suburban still has not picked up their can after two weeks. I""m taking it to the dump, as it is full, and won't bring that stinky thing back, believe me. Their number is 619-0800, and you get a human on the other end.
