I've been bringing my car here for service for over a year and have to say that I've always been impressed with how they don't seem to try to tag on extra services and are not pushy in their service recommendations. The customer service has always been good. I gave 4 stars because they did not use protective mats on my car seats or floor board the last time I took my car in, and my car smelled like a dirty mechanic when I picked my car up. I've never observed that as being an issue any of the other times I've picked my car up, so maybe it was just an off day. I also wished they vacuumed the interior of vehicles as an added service.
