Review content:
Called for service at 8.10am from a residence in Eastern Round Rock to get a taxi downtown. Was told cab would be there in 15mins. After 30mins, and no sign of the cab, called again, and was told that driver was on the way, and would check where he is and have him call. 15mins after that the driver called and asked for the address again, which was given and he said he'd be there in 10mins. After another 5 mins again, the driver called asking which exit he would take off I-35. So, in summary, a taxi service that cant find their customers, does not appear when they said they will and is not reliable. As a result of their poor service, I missed the event that I was trying to get to. Would not recommend them. Dont deserve the one star I had to give them to publish the review.
