Review content:
I received a package gift certificate for Christmas. The strip center setting threw me off, but after my first spa bath treatment I could almost forget about the setting and looked forward to the next part of my package. I ended up waiting forever in a tiny room in an uncomfortable chair - could not even put up my feet. I had to find the bathroom myself, and someone eventually came by to say my next treatment was coming up. I ended up staring at the ceiling tiles and playing with the coasters on the table. After finally getting through that treatment I was sent to the pedicure place where staff thanked me for coming as though that was the end - I asked where my facial was. I got the facial but at the expense of my pedicure. I was disappointed and irritated by the time I left.
