Please have your Cashier at this location Friday May 10, 2013 appx. 6:00p.m. to take a course in customer service. This woman was soo rude and distasteful. She had the nerve to lie straight to my face in regard to a return of Milo's Tea. She indicated I was not allowed to receive cash back and that it would need to be placed back on my card. After disagreeing with her and demanding cash back, she opened the draw and gave me the $3.95 plus tax. She was very racial and not concerned with any of the customers in the check out line. Poor, poor attitude especially to White people. Reverse discrimination goes on all over the South now days. Hell I am not a racist and didn't have anything to do with the way African America's were treated back in the day. I'm sorry your ancestor would treated cruelly but get the chip off your shoulder Lady, and give me a damn smile and a thank you for me spending my hard earned money at Dollar General Store #01662, Grants Ferry Road Flowood,MS. I hope you lose your job or at least the next time I decide to return a purchase you tell the truth, with a smile. OMG, I could go on and on. Ignorant, self centered, people make this world less attractive. Get over whatever your problem is or find another line of work.
