I have no complaints about Family Abbey Carpet and Floor- I have used them for years in all 3 of the homes I have lived in.
Most recently, Renee went to great lengths to find hardwood floor that was being discontinued for my home. She found it and sent out a great craftsman to lay down the wood. The installer was very professional and friendly and the wood is just beautiful!
Their carpet and rugs are the same, and their service is just very accommodating and very nice. Renee is good at her work; She knows her job and is good at it. Before she owned it, her dad did, and he was great too. I wouldn't even consider using a competitor.
