I am very shocked to read these reviews. My family has been using Belle Forest for close to 20 years. All of us bring our animals here and we have plenty of furchildren among us. My husband and I find the staff very friendly, never have difficulty obtaining an appointment and have never been overcharged or charged for services we do not authorize. The techs and vets are very sweet to our dog and are always gentle towards him. That being said, we have never boarded our animals in the kennel so perhaps several of these negative reviews are more in relation to the kennel than the vet services. \r
