I was in the market to buy a used car and a first time buyer and after a terrible experience at another dealership I was referred to Dicks Country Dodge. I called in ahead of time and told the sales representative Randy what I was looking for as well as my price range. When I arrived he had prepared a list of cars that fit my description along with a few others he though I may be interested in based on our previous conversation. Start to finish I was treated with courtesy respect and did not feel like I was being pressured into buying. Randy spent most of the day helping me and made sure I would be happy with the car that I chose. He made reasonable negotiations on the price, and even agreed to correct several small items that I noticed after the sale. I was overall very pleased with my experience there and will return when I am in the market for a car in the future.
