I am pregnant with my first baby and am 13 weeks along and I have yet to see a doctor. I found this office online and know a person who delivered with these doctors and I wanted an office that is in between metro west and Boston. So far I have had 3 appointments and all have been mis scheduled or screwed up in some way. The reception staff may just be the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. I walk in the door and they do not even look at you as you approach the desk..just look straight ahead and talk to you like you're not even there. As a newly pregnant, first time patient here, I felt really uncomfortable and not welcome at all. The ultrasound technician was nice, but very robotic and quick. I have an appointment tentatively scheduled for today but my doctor may not even be coming into the office. I can't rely on this office and will most likely change offices in the next few days. If you can avoid About Women By Women, all the better for you. The doctors may be nice (i have yet to find out) but the first impression, reception staff, are terrible and not worth any of the hassle they put you through.
