I had a clogged kitchen sink and called Roto-Rooter in the morning and they were able to come to my house in the evening of the same day. There was no extra charge for evening hours which made it possible for me to not have to take time off from work. The technician that was sent over was respectful, on time, and appeared to be very knowlegeable about plumbing. He was able to clear the obstruction in my kitchen sink and now water is draining. He also cleaned up after the job was done. I am very satisfied with the service that I received from Roto-Rooter as a company and would recommend them to other people with plumbing problems.
