Review content:
I would leave less than one star if I could. I am astounded at the complete lack of professionalism exhibited by these brothers. One of them came to my home last week to look at replacing the dishwasher. At that time, we stressed to them they needed to be very careful with the removal and installation, as the ceramic tile could be easily cracked. Today, they come out and are tugging and pulling with all their might, attempting to drag the old dishwasher out of place. They were reminded that last week when they were here, they told us they had cardboard and other tools to be sure the floor was not damaged. They stared blankly, with no recollection. We asked them to be more careful, as they were well on the way to damaging the floor. They packed up their tools and left! When asked if they were coming back, they said NO and squealed their tires down my driveway. Are you kidding me??? Because you are asked to not damage a floor, you leave a job? If that's the way you conduct your business, I'm glad we found out before you got too far into the job. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company. They do not exhibit even one modicum of professionalism.
