When I needed some heating and air work done recently, I researched several businesses online. Southern Comfort Of San Antonio Heating & A/C LLC. had some pretty current reviews, and I was impressed enough to try them.
Miguel's response was very quick, like within 30 minutes, and he agreed to come out after hours to analyze my situation. He looked at my equipment, showed me how I could benefit from his services, and then backed off to allow me to make a decision. He gave me just the facts, with no excuses. I really respected his no-pressure approach, which showed that he was confident enough in his knowledge and experience to let his work stand on its own. As a result, I decided to go forward with the repairs.
The service was a little more expensive than some companies, but I could trust the work, which justifies the price for me. Miguel did a good job, and didn't make a mess. He answered my questions with straight answers, and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing. As a result, I will absolutely use Southern Comfort of San Antonio again. I have to give Miguel high marks, as well, because he recommended a plumber that was just as good as he was.
