Simply the best. As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I were relatively (read: completely) unfamiliar with the buying process and, more specifically, the nuances involved with buying in Northbrook, IL .Luckily we had Diamond Home Inspector perform our inspection. I can`t reiterate enough the positive reviews from everyone below. Diamond Home Inspector took the time to explain all of the issues that he found during the inspection in easily understandable terms, and I can`t imagine anyone doing a more thorough inspection. In the end, our first inspection actually turned out to be pretty problematic. Despite our best attempts to justify a purchase, the objective opinion that he provided helped us turn away from what would have been a poor long-term investment decision. We ended up using he again for the next home that we found, and everything turned out great. Having the peace of mind of knowing that our new place passed his expert inspection is invaluable. We can`t thank him enough, and would absolutely recommend him to our family and close friends.
