As Clay and his staff cleaned my carpet he took the time to explain all of the chemicals and how they worked as far as cleaning and especially pet stains and ordors. The end result was far beyond the results that I have experenced with other companies and/or types of services. I find this system far superior to the so called steam cleaing process.
