Review content:
Bad news.........When they first opened, they were good. Now, the atmosphere is a joke, non professional and rude. Older store management were on top of things and now I'm told ""that they are too busy to place orders to keep things in stock."" All I want is a place to buy pipe tobacco (Prince Albert) and 3 times now, they have been out with the excuse that ""we don't do too much with that product"" WTF?? If that's the case, it should be there, but it's chronically sold out. Then they try to move me to the pouches which drive the cost way high. Or stand and stare at me with slack jaws like mouth breathers.
