The work done was fabulous. With 2 children and 3 pets, the high traffic areas of our house were a mess. Needless to say, by the time F&F Carpet Cleaning was done, I could hardly recognize my floor. Great work. Professional and courteous. Not only did they notify me that they might be a little late, (always appreciated), but were able to arrive earlier than the updated ETA. As someone who feels guilty when I arrive 5 minutes late to one of my own clients, I really respect a company that goes out of its way with customer service. I also like a company that respects you enough to not quote a crazy low price over the phone, and then stick you with a bigger bill. They give you a price after they arrive in inspect your floor. To me at least, that makes much more sense. I will continue to use and recommend F&F Carpet Cleaning.
