Review content:
Scott has been tending to the needs of my 7-year-old Subaru since it left the cradle. He knows the car, and he knows what is good for it. This time, it was a bent lower control arm assembly, thanks to a front wheel making hard contact with the curb in an icy skid.
Scott diagnosed the problem immediately and accurately, informing me of the cost and lead time for the required repairs.
The repair was duly performed, the car test-driven, and all is now once again right as rain.
Scott is not only a skilled and trustworthy mechanic. He can sing too, sounding so much better than elevator music.
