Businiess name:  Bennington Cider Mill

Review content:
The Cider Mill is truly "a Find." The authentic French farmhouse atmosphere, the professional but unpretentious service and best of all, a menu featuring the freshest foods prepared to simple perfection, all combine to create a memorable dining experience. I can't remember what my husband's entree was when we first tried the restaurant, but my salmon was wonderful, and the salads and breads were outstandlingly tasty. These people can cook! And the meal isn't covered up in sauce the way it is in so many other places. After dinner, my husband and I immediately made reservations for breakfast the next morning--and we weren't disappointed. We'll be back in Vermont in two weeks, bringing more family members--and very much looking forward to good times at the Bennington Cider Mill.
