Review content:
We had our A/C coil fail on Labor Day weekend and called several companies. Champion came out the same day and gave us an estimate. It was higher than others, but the could get the work done the same day, so we went with them. They were extremely professional, including wearing "booties" to keep from soiling my carpet. The A/C worked well all summer and we never had another problem. Months later, our furnace wouldn't turn on. We didn't bother calling anyone else, and Champion arrived within hours. Of course, it started working before the tech got there. Still he cleaned connections and said that sometimes the gas valve is slow to open. If we turn off the circuit breaker and then turn it back on, it resets and starts working again. HE DID NOT CHARGE US A DIME FOR THE SERVICE CALL!!! Sure enough, the next morning, it wouldn't turn on again. I did as instructed and it worked beautifully! I will always pay a little extra for the RIGHT service! They will always have my business!
