The technician that came to service my unit is Brandon, who was most professional and very thorough in his analysis, recommendations for improvement, and taking care of the immediate issue. What I am not very happy about is the fact that I bought my AC unit a year ago, and just in the first few months of being installed, the unit went out three different times. The problems stemmed from faulty wiring at the unit by the first couple of installers and service men. Brandon was the last of the three last year and had not had a problem since then until last night. Again, a part had to be replaced only after one year. I paid $7,000 for the unit so as to get a decent unit that would last a long time. I still owe $5,000 on it and I've had problem after problem. While Brandon was most understanding and apologetic and professional, it is not his fault that your company has sold me a "lemon", for lack of a better word. I did not express my dissatisfaction to Brandon to this degree, as I was simply happy that in a 100 degree night he was able to fix it and I was too tired to complain to him when this was not his fault, but the company's as a whole. I will tell you now, however, that if I have one more problem with this unit, I will have no choice but to demand a brand new unit. Last night I signed up for your Blue Club membership just to make sure that any problems that may surface are not as a result of negligence on my part. I would appreciate a call back from one of your owners so that I can relay my dissatisfaction. I will not stop from reporting this to the BBB, as anyone would with the problems I've experienced. I'm a small business owner myself and I'm expected to deliver exceptional customer service and quality products. If I fail to do that, then shame on me for not delivering on my promises. I believe that Champion AC has a good reputation and it's the reason why I came to you to begin with, but this is totally unacceptable! Thank you for the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with my purchase,yet I admire you for hiring reputable, professional employees like Brandon.
