Review content:
Overall duct work replacement was good however no one from the company was at job location and mistakes were made. It resulted in having to move return air vents and causing additional holes in the ceiling. These were repaired. Sales person would not return calls. Company returned to set dampers but no followup to reseal vents. This resulted in air loss in attic. Our supposed cooling costs were not reduced due to this error. We never would have known that vents needed to be resealed had we not had a breakdown in the actual air conditioner. It took several calls to get someone to return calls and get this problem resolved. Overall poor customer service after the job. They did correct all problems but this happened with allot of effort.
