Service Tune-up was done on a Wednesday, on the following Sunday my AC was not working properly, I called them back to see if they could come back to see what was wrong and was told it would be $199 for a technician to come out although they were at my home three days before and everything was rated good. So I had to call my home warranty for them to send someone out and all it needed was freon, which they said they had added on Wednesday. I would never recommend them to anyone nor use them again.
