Absolute worst service I've ever seen from a service provider. I spoke with PJ on the phone, and he ""diagnosed"" my plasma TV's problem over the phone. He didn't really diagnose it, but his tone of voice and attitude led me to believe I was foolish for ever buying a Samsung or a Plasma (although Samsung, and the model I bought, are top of the line). \r \r Once he finally came out to the house, he would barely let me get two words in edgewise. He looked at my screen and basically said, ""I told you so."" \r \r This is the part that really upset me. I repeatedly told him that the TV came out of the box this way. PJ said that there's no way to prove it, but he'd go to his truck and try to help me by talking to Samsung customer service and helping me out. When he came back in from his truck, he said that Samsung wouldn't help me and he was sorry. I found out from customer service that when PJ called them, he had told them that the damage was my fault and there was nothing he could do about it. (It's a 5 day old TV)\r \r I wish I knew who to report this company to. I've already asked Samsung to remove them from their authorized service professionals list because they're giving Samsung a bad name. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!!
