I brought my car in because I kept hearing a strange noise, John and Renee made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in the door! They were quick to let me know what the issues were and an estimate. I called other shops and would have paid more for the same work, I was also told by the other shops that there maybe something else wrong with my car and they would have to do their own diagnostic. With the guarantee I got from The Auto Clinic I was comfortable having them do the work, and they did not disappoint! I got my car back before they had estimated, which was such a relief! John took the time to explain all of the work that had been done, why and a break down of all of the charges. When I was in the office I saw a few people come in and I thought it was comforting that some of them were greeted by name and also knew John and Renee's names. It was little things like this that made me feel at ease leaving my car in their hands. It has been 2 months since I brought my car in for the repair and I have had no other issues. I am now taking my car in for the regular oil changes and such and will continue. I have recommended The Auto Clinic to all of my family and friends and have heard good things from those that have already gone. Great shop, great staff, great work.
