Same thing here! He entered info wrong on our Fed. return, didn't return our messages when we went on the IRS site and it said our return hadn't even been filed! After 3 messages from me, and one from my husband, one of his preparers finally called us back and explained what happened. We finally got that refund, 4 weeks later than expected, HE never did call us back. 6 wks later, and we are STILL waiting for our state refund, he is refusing to call us back, no one answers the office phone, and it says the voicemail is full. No one was at the office either, when my husband went today...He cashed our check right away, then did not do the work on time!! DO NOT use this guy!
