Review content:
I was impressed. By time I drove my Galant up from Austin, it had become blatantly apparent that something was very messed up going by the freaky noise coming from under the chassis. I had to get to an appointment and had no idea where my day was going to end up, let alone my car. Having had good experiences at Austin Midas shops, I looked for nearest Midas in Dallas which turned out to be this small shop on Lovers Lane. I'm so glad I did. The manager was on the ball, knew exactly what he was talking about, did everything above board and efficient, with great level headed friendliness and genuine concern. It took few hours and a small bankroll with reasonable pricing but I drove away with my car in better health than it's been for a while and with a load off my mind. His mechanic only had to drive around the block to figure out that it was a wheel bearing problem. They showed me how the entire front wheel was wobbling back and forth on the axel. And the axel thread itself was shot.. No way I wanted to drive back to Austin like that. They quickly got the parts for this 2003 Mitsubishi to my pleasant surprise and had me on the road before lunch. Midas shops have unquestionable customer satisfaction, and this one by far. I volunteered to post a review; this was not petitioned.
