Businiess name:  Cool Blue Hair Salon

Review content:
I love my outcome. I went from a deep brown/red/auburn to bleach blonde--- I planned on getting a color. I went to Seven salon, the lady there said ""yes yes no problem, I can do it no bleach!! In an hour!!"" After reading reviews, I chose to go to Cool Blue. They have great reviews, for good reason.\r \r Seven Salon had 0 customers. Cool Blue was PACKED. on a Sunday. I waited 10 minutes, got in the chair, and was on my way. The stylist Sam charged me 100$ for a ""heavy highlight"" on LONG, THICK hair that is naturally red. He told me he refused to ""color"" my hair the blonde I desired--- he said my tone was wrong and he wouldn't do it. He offered heavy highlights--- I am greatful I took it. I look blonde, with subtle lowlights of my natural color. AMAZING!!!\r \r Warning: Sam doesn't speak good English. He is completely unpersonable; if this bothers you, don't see him. He spoke 2 words to me the entire time. I could care less, he isn't my therapist and I will be returning to receive the amazing hairjobs he does. He isn't easy to communicate with, warning. However, he gets the job done and he does it well.\r \r When I was foiled up and under the blow dryers, after a length of time (Sam checked in on my color every few minutes,... big plus) I felt my scalp literally BURN. I jumped up, called the assistant over, and Sam rushed to wash my hair. I was shocked at the results; color-shock. He told me I was done, and I looked at him funny and said ""I'm not sure how it looks while it is soaked"" He said ""Want me to blow dry a little for you?"" I was kind of dumb founded. It is mid April, 32 degrees and snowing lightly. I did NOT want to walk out in wet hair and catch a cold, nor did I want to pay for a blow dry. He blew dry my hair, and I was sooo happy with the results. Everything was 100. My hair is BLONDE with few lowlights; I LOVE IT!!!!!\r \r I definitely recommend Cool Blue Salon. It is ran by Arabic people, so don't expect a therapist when you are there. Sam hardly spoke a word to me. Then again, he refused to ruin my hair with a color that wouldn't suit me; the heavy highlights accomplished the same exact goal, and look even better than my wish for ""blonde color, not highlights"" would have.\r \r 4.5 stars. 5 would of been if the stylist was personable and my scalp didn't burn.. and if they blew dry my soaked hair without my insinuating he should. All aside, I WILL RETURN!!! \r
