To make a long story I had signed a service agreement with Florida comfort to service my a/c unit well over a year ago, it was to do 2 maintenance checks over a 12 month period. I hadn't heard from them for well over a year then last week I received a phone call saying they found me in their system and they were coming to do the maintenance , Adam came out did his thing said every thing looked fine . A day after he left the a/c seemed to be taking twice as long to cool the house and just after 3 day's after the maintenance completely quit cooling at all I called them back and told them a/c wasn't working and that Adam had just been out.\r
That afternoon Adam showed up and after about 10 minutes comes into the house and said he thought it might need some \r
Refrigerant thinking he had just checked it I figured it would be minimal then he walks back in the after 10 minutes and said \r
That will cost $400 dollars and the a/c unit has a leak and I would need a new unit and if I bought one through his company he would Give a $400 credit towards the new purchase and the unit probably wouldn't last a week and it probably was going to be a hot next week I paid him just to get him out of my house Had another company come out check if was leaking they said no and still 2 weeks later is running fine Be careful doing business with this company you might get the same thing\r
