terrible company to work with, they will rip you off every way possible.\r
i am an out of state investor so i hired RPM to rent my houses, since they had the best management deal.$99/month. so it turned out they made $ on every oppurtinity they could get. then i come over to AZ to check my properties, one of them turn to a grow house, apperantly they rented it to drug dealers, another was rented to people smokes and they had bunch of cats living in my property, i immediately fired them, they still charged me early termination fee, owner of the company Rodd, has no shame for ruining my investments he said thats how we make money when i asked him why are you charging termination fee you guys ruined my places!\r
any investors out there, do not hire RPM! they will ruin your place. it took almost $10000 to fixed places. i ended up having $0 rental income in one year.
