Review content:
They had installed the cover for the previous owner on the house we purchased. I don't think the previous owner had taken good care of it, and when I found the receipt I gave them a call. They came out and cleaned, adjusted, and explained to us that like anything unless you know what you're doing you need to pay to have it maintained. They advised us to have someone come out once a year to do clean, check, and adjust everything. The last time I called them was a month or two ago. The adjustment was a little off, so I called them and they had someone come back out and re-adjust it. They are a great company and their customer service is to die for.
