Review content:
The North Columbus Collision Center has awesome customer service. I had to bring my vehicle in to them because the last repair shop did not fix it correctly. My car was hit from behind, and ABRA of Newnan supposedly fixed my vehicle. After a stormy night, to my dismay, I found that my trunk bed was soaked with water. I brought my vehicle to NCCC and prayed that everything would be ok. Everyday, I received an email from them notifying me of what was being done to my vehicle. I was able to see pictures of the work, and I also received a personal email from one of the servicemen explaining to me what exactly was going on that the pictures could not show. All in all, my experience with them was awesome. I have yet to experience any leakage (it hasn't rained just yet), but I believe the repairs were done with the greatest amount of care and quality.
