I called on a Saturday night around 3am and had an appointment by 9am the next morning. John was a true proffesional, enformed me he was going to put on booties so he wouldn't track anything into the house. He asked what was going on, diagnosed my problem and looked @ a problem my wife was concerned about. He scheduled a cleanout for my tank that same day!
