All I can say is Mr. Rooter Plumbing of the Hudson Valley better keep the guy they sent out, because he's the best plumber I've ever had. He was the first person I've had come who actually did the work he was supposed to. He had good customer service, he was a great worker, and he even convinced me to apply to be a Mr. Rooter member so that they'll come back once every year. He does a very good job, and if they lose him, they'll lose business because you can really trust the guy.
