DO NOT buy from this company! The have unethical business practices. The have closed up shop in one place and opened in another. This is the same company reported closed in Norman, OK. My husband tried to purchase a custom leash for me in December of 2012. It is now May 30, 2013 and we still have not received their product. They charged our credit card upon the receipt of our order. We made many, MANY attempts to get order details and/or confirmation of shipping over the past 6 months but have never been given a satisfactory answer OR received a product. We finally asked for a refund and we were hung up on. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company for your leather needs.
