I apologize that this person's experience was less than ideal but I am not quite sure what their actual complaint is or the nature of their upset. We do not have any person by this name in our database.They certainly have not notified us to give us a chance to rectify anything but chose to post negative reviews on numerous sites. Please call our office, identify yourself and ask for June, the practice manager, and I will be more than happy to help you. Dr. Camacho has an open communication line to his patient's and this person is more than welcome to make an appointment to talk with Dr. Camacho at no charge to help sort things out. If this is not convenient Dr. Camacho is more than happy to call you in the evening. I can assure you if it is something that is under our control we will do everything possible to fix it.
