Review content:
I have been using Rick and Re-Nu Carpet Care for quite awhile. I used him three years ago when my dog was really sick all over our carpet. I cleaned up the bulk of everything, but then he followed up. The carpets were all spotless when he was done.
I also have white leather sofas and kids. The sofas are hard to clean and turn a different color. Rick has always done a really good job taking care of the sofas.
Most recently I hired Rick to clean my husband's car. He usually does my car, but my husband just bought a car that had a bad cigarette smell in it. I had Rick clean the upholstery and carpeting. The smell definitely was reduced.
Rick is very easy to talk to, and if there is any type of difficult job he can tell you what he needs to do for it. Then he has the equipment right there to get the job done right away. He also likes my dog. He gets along well with dogs and is experienced with pet spots. I think that is important.
