I began using Re-Nu Carpet Care about 10 years ago, and I'll never consider anybody else. My finding them was really the luck of the draw with the phone book. I needed to sell my house quickly, so I needed someone to come and clean the carpets, and I picked them; I've been using them ever since.
Re-Nu is very reliable. We've had issues with babies and pets where we needed some expertise, and they have been able to take care of the problem. If it required them to come back another week to clean it, they would come back the next week, just to make sure we were satisfied.
Another thing I like about Re-Nu is that they educate you over the years. The advice they give me makes it so I don't have to call them as much.
