HORRIBLE! \r \r Given the choice between walking and calling victory, walk. I have twice been stupid enough to call Victory. Both times I called for a ride to either the airport or Amtrak in order to meet a departure times. Both times, no one showed up. When I called back, I was told that 'It can take up to 30 minutes' (!?). When I tried to work with the horrible dispatcher to see if someone might be nearby, she simply hung up. When I called back again, she told me she had recorded my conversations (which, although I didn't say anything inflammatory, is illegal to do without notification in PA as a two-party consent state). \r \r They also seem to have no familiarity with Philadelphia. The dispatched once told me that my location four blocks south of Rittenhouse was 'in the heart of South Philly' \r \r This time I was ended up jogging down Lombard in a suit until I found a real cab.\r \r People need to stop giving these incompetent operators their business so that they can go out of business.
