Review content:
We ordered the ""Just 4 fun"" package at $249.00 per night. No one, including management at the hotel, fully understood the package or what was advertised on their website. We had to inform the employees of what the package included and were often times told, ""I don't think we offer that."" We had to repeatedly ask for things included in the package such as breakfast coupons and ice skating tickets. 4 Pizzas and softdrinks also came with the room. It took them over 2 hours to get the food to us after we called. The room was supposed to have a roll away bed included. It took them 4 hours to get the bed to us. Hotel management apologized for the inconvenience but never once offered to comp or discount anything. Also, the swimming pool/hot tub area needs to be updated.
