Review content:
Area was flooded and carpet stained. I had pulled it up and took out the pad as Tom suggested. Tom and his partner arrived when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They were respectful, efficient, polite, thorough, reasonably priced. Cleaned the carpet and reinstalled. Cleaned up after themselves. We are pleased.
